Cauliflower Crust Pizza: A Delicious & Healthy Way to Curb Your Next Pizza Craving!

Cauliflower saves the day again with this delicious and HEALTHY alternative to traditional pizza crust!

Rather than subjecting yourself to unhealthy & highly-inflammatory processed, refined grains (or even healthier whole grains, which still turn into sugar in your body), you can now indulge in pizza that is grain-free, gluten-free, low-carb, & features a vegetable as its main ingredient — pretty cool! 🙃

Cauliflower Crust Pizza


Cauliflower Crust:

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets (organic is best)
  • 1/4 cup shredded organic, full-fat cheese of choice
  • 1 organic, free-range egg
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Organic virgin coconut oil or organic butter (to grease the pan)


  • 1/4 cup shredded organic, full-fat cheese of choice
  • Any combination of pizza toppings your little heart desires! ☺️ (I love veggie pizzas, & some of my favorite simple toppings are mushrooms, onions, & green olives.)
  • Tomato-based sauce of choice (Just make sure you find one made with olive oil rather than unhealthy damaged oils, and without any added sugar.  I love this brand & flavor!)

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Grease a cookie sheet with butter or coconut oil.
  3. Grate the cauliflower with a cheese grater.
  4. Place grated cauliflower in water in a pan, and cook for 12 minutes.
  5. Mix together the grated cauliflower, egg, and cheese.
  6. Transfer to the cookie sheet, and using your hands, pat out into a circle about 1/4” thick.
  7. Brush olive oil over top of crust, and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven. Add tomato sauce, cheese, & other toppings of choice.
  9. Return to oven for 5–10 minutes, just until cheese is melted.
  10. ENJOY!! ☺️
