Cauliflower saves the day again with this delicious and HEALTHY alternative to traditional pizza crust!
Rather than subjecting yourself to unhealthy & highly-inflammatory processed, refined grains (or even healthier whole grains, which still turn into sugar in your body), you can now indulge in pizza that is grain-free, gluten-free, low-carb, & features a vegetable as its main ingredient — pretty cool! đ

Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Ingredients:
Cauliflower Crust:
- 2 cups cauliflower florets (organic is best)
- 1/4 cup shredded organic, full-fat cheese of choice
- 1 organic, free-range egg
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Organic virgin coconut oil or organic butter (to grease the pan)
Toppings:
- 1/4 cup shredded organic, full-fat cheese of choice
- Any combination of pizza toppings your little heart desires! âşď¸ (I love veggie pizzas, & some of my favorite simple toppings are mushrooms, onions, & green olives.)
- Tomato-based sauce of choice (Just make sure you find one made with olive oil rather than unhealthy damaged oils, and without any added sugar. Â I love this brand & flavor!)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Grease a cookie sheet with butter or coconut oil.
- Grate the cauliflower with a cheese grater.
- Place grated cauliflower in water in a pan, and cook for 12 minutes.
- Mix together the grated cauliflower, egg, and cheese.
- Transfer to the cookie sheet, and using your hands, pat out into a circle about 1/4â thick.
- Brush olive oil over top of crust, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Add tomato sauce, cheese, & other toppings of choice.
- Return to oven for 5â10 minutes, just until cheese is melted.
- ENJOY!! âşď¸
