Because sometimes it’s nice to be able to find some of your favorite food staples in the store rather than having to make them all. I’m all for convenience without sacrificing health! 👍

12 Grain-Free, Gluten-Free, & Sugar-Free Foodie Finds
Alright, my friend: Here are 12 of my favorite, frequently-purchased goodies (all grain-free, gluten-free, & sugar-free) that I’m pretty much obsessed with! 🙃
Again, you may be able to find some of these foods at your local grocery store or at health food stores, but one of my favorite places to get them is Thrive Market (because: 25-50% off retail prices & delivered to my door = can’t beat that! 🤷🏽♀️).
These things are literally the best thing since sliced bread! 😍 Amazing texture, stability, thickness, flavor — AND they’re only made with organic coconut. Completely grain-free, gluten-free, & low-carb, and perfect for tacos, wraps, burritos, & more! I love the “Original” flavor & the “Turmeric” flavor.
Chips are one of mine & my husband’s BIGGEST weaknesses (like, we’ve been known to devour entire “family size” bags of chips in one sitting)! But thanks to the Siete brand, we can now get our chip fix without the guilt, GMO-corn, unhealthy oils, or other bad ingredients. #yay!! 🤗
These chips are grain-free, gluten-free, & made with healthy alternatives like coconut flour, cassava flour, & avocado oil. They come in several different flavors (my favorite is Lime), & they’re basically a dream come true! 👌
We don’t eat a TON of potatoes, but if you’re gonna eat potato chips, I highly recommend the Jackson’s Honest brand. They have a few different flavors (including Sea Salt, Purple Heirloom Potatoes, & Sweet Potatoes) — all of which are made with just organic, non-GMO potatoes, organic coconut oil, & sea salt.
These are the healthiest potato chips I’ve found so far, & I absolutely ADORE these chips! 😍
Crackers: Similar to chips, & another one of my weaknesses! There’s just something about the crunchiness & saltiness & dip-ability (is that a word? 🤓 haha) of chips & crackers that I can’t get over.
But thanks to the Simple Mills brand, I can enjoy healthy crackers without grains, gluten, or unhealthy fats. These crackers are made with healthier ingredients like almond flour, cassava flour, & organic sunflower oil.
There are a number of different flavors (I especially love the “Rosemary & Sea Salt” flavor & the “Farmhouse Cheddar” flavor)! 💜
Calling all chocolate lovers! Lily’s brand provides us with the gift of sugar-free, healthy chocolate — made with healthy sweeteners like stevia & erythritol rather than high-glycemic sugars or artificial sweeteners. #yesplease! 🙋♀️
Lily’s makes chocolate chips (perfect for cookies, pancakes, & baking), as well as chocolate bars (perfect for just savoring one bite — or bar 🙃 — at a time!).
My favorite chocolate bars right now are the “Sea Salt” Dark Chocolate & the “Carmelized & Salted” chocolate.
These clear noodles are so appropriately named — because they are low-carb, grain-free, gluten-free, & somehow taste absolutely incredible! Seriously, I think to this day there isn’t anything BETTER than Miracle Noodles as a healthy substitute for pasta — the texture, flavor, softness, & everything are spot on. 👌
Miracle Noodles are also known as Shirataki Noodles & are made from Japanese konjac yam, and they are perfect for a healthy pasta night!
Another thin, clear noodle that can become super soft when cooked in certain sauces, which makes them taste a lot like regular pasta. Kelp Noodles are grain-free, gluten-free, low-carb, & a great alternative for pasta!
We try to keep beans & lentils in moderation because they’re pretty starchy/carby, but the Tolerant brand Organic Bean & Lentil Noodles are still a great option for a healthy pasta dish! They have a pretty similar taste & texture to regular pasta, & they’re loaded with plant-based protein & fiber.
Speaking of healthy pasta alternatives, you gotta have a delicious & healthy sauce to go with it, right?! 😄 Well, if you’re a garlic lover like I am, you’ll LOVE this Organic Roasted Garlic Tomato Sauce! (And if not, there are several other tasty flavors, too!)
Unlike most store-bought pasta sauces, this brand doesn’t have any added sugars or unhealthy oils — which makes it the perfect companion for healthy pasta, pizza, stir-frys, & more.
Ok, let’s talk salad dressings for a second… I’m normally just fine with super simple homemade dressings (my go-to is just organic extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar, sea salt & pepper).
BUT, sometimes it’s nice to have something a little more flavorful, unique, or complex — especially if you don’t have to make it. 😉 The problem is, almost all store-bought dressings have refined sugars, unhealthy oils, or both.
Well, Primal Kitchen is an answer to our salad dressing prayers: They’re made with avocado oil, they’re refined-sugar-free, & full of healthy ingredients. It’s one of the ONLY healthy salad dressings I’ve found so far.
There are several amazing flavors (like Greek, Honey Mustard, Caesar, Ranch, & more!), AND Primal Kitchen also has healthy MAYO (which comes in a few different flavors as well)! 🙌
Artisana Organics is a super high-quality brand that I love, & one of my favorite foods they make is organic raw cashew butter. SOOO creamy, dreamy, & delish! 😍
It’s a bit of a splurge, but if you like nut butters (almond butter, peanut butter, etc.), then you’ve gotta give this heavenly spread a try (I’d recommend buying it from somewhere like Thrive Market where you can save several dollars on a jar!)!
One of my hubby & I’s favorite treats is homemade organic popcorn, made on the stove & popped in organic coconut oil (& drenched in organic grass-fed butter & sprinkled with sea salt of course!). 👌
This popcorn takes it up another notch health-wise because it’s not only organic, but it’s also sprouted. Sprouted grains, beans, lentils, & corn are lower in starch, higher in nutrients, & easier to digest.
This is about as healthy as it gets if you’re craving some popcorn with your next movie night or Netflix binge. 🍿
